A planning condition for my new house outlined that I needed to design an onsite stormwater management system. This required a soakaway test done to BRE365 and a GPS survey of site and surrounding area. I contacted D O'Sullivan Consulting Engineers and they carried out the BRE365 Soakaway Test and site survey. This was done in a quick and professional manner and allowed me to finalise my planning application.

We used D O Sullivan Consulting Engineers when we were selling our family home. We initially requested the company to carry out a BER. Our solicitor then informed us that we need a Land Registry Map marked and a Certificate of Compliance with Planning Permission for the Attic conversion that we constructed some years back. We used O'Sullivan Enginerering for our recent extension to the school. The job required a detailed design of the school's extension, planning permission, tender process, supervision of project and a fire certificate application. The project has had planning approved, Fire Certs and DAC's finalised, Etenders completed and the tendering process has successfully appointed a contractor.
