As qualified architects and engineers we can produce legal reports on a variety of issues ranging from structural damage to properties, boundary disputes, planning permission disputes and accident reports. These reports are suitable for use in court cases and other disputes.                                                                                                                     If called upon we are also qualified to act as expert witnesses in court hearings. An expert witness provides there expert opinion on a technical matter which helps the judge or jury arrive at its decision.
